Since Kate and Leslie and Cherokee left last Sunday, I thought SaraJane was simply missing her live squeaky toy when she was whimpery. Turns out it was more about the fireworks. I bought a bottle of Fooey. It's a bitter tasting liquid you can spray on apparently anything to discourage chewing. I'd like to report this stuff works! At least our first testing works. Sara may be making a trip to the vet tomorrow. Last night 1:45 time, she goes bounding out the back door when Preston came home. Apparently, she landed wrong on a paw or stepped on something, she's been limping ever since and was quite squealy at the time. I didn't even mention I took Sara camping too! (this shows you how tired I am) She did wonderfully. Everyone had to pet her, kids couldn't leave her alone. She handled all this quite well, and she only got stepped on once, during feast. Sara ate a Netflix dvd this weekend. Well, she ate one of the envelopes, and the disc is nowhere to be found. Since she isn't dead or having trouble with the bowels, we assume she didn't actually eat it, but is hiding it. No doubt it's some Tom Cruise protest thing I'm unaware of. The movie was Collateral.
