Megan was supposed to get her MMR jab in school yesterday. However,I received a call from the school nurse at 5pm, telling me that Megan did not get her jab. I asked her why and she said she isn't sure as it was the government nurses that administer the jabs. She said it was just written on her form," Refused ( Read more... )

Megan and I walked past a lady and she overheard her saying," Still got 45 min."

Megan immediately exclaimed," Mum! She's a Singaporean!"

Haha.. our Singlish gives us away! Even a 6 yr old can identify!

My in laws are here for the week and no prizes for guessing who has been keeping them real busy. Macy has been taking out all her kitchen toys, cooking and making sure her ah gong is following her actions. I got a call from SIS to do relief today. And it turns out to be Megan's class. Haha. We just had a gathering at Aberdeen Marina Club last Sat with all the kids wild at Adventure Zone and mummies sipping coffee in the cafe. I wish I can turn invisible so that when we play hide and seek I just turn invisible to hide. I want to have long leg's so that I can run fast. I wish I can genarate force fleids because if a bad guy wants to shoot me I make a force fleid.

We just watched Home Run 2 nights ago. We watched Wallace and Gromit on Sat. Each time after the show, we will ask Megan if she knew what the moral of the story is.

This morning, on our way to Shek O beach, she said," Mum, I don't like all these shows with so many morals. IT makes me feel like a bad girl because I have to be so good."

Mothers always say," Cherish them... they grow up too fast." In another 4 more days, Megan will be turning 6. I feel she is growing up too fast in this fast paced world.
