WOW is there a lot of foreshadowing for the "Nathan has the 'Duke's killer' tattoo" reveal from the end of season one. Right down to Nathan telling Duke that Duke won't die until Nathan kills him himself. (There's...also a lot of implied nastiness with Nathan in the first few episodes? Like, his attitude towards Duke-which is rather on the deserved side, in a general way-has a really vicious edge to it and there are implications that he was worse than Duke in some ways at one point. I remember thinking that he was very nice and decent but seemed to have a bit of an "off" side to him the first time through, but it stands out more with that last season 2 scene.)
Also, Audrey remains one of the best snarkers ever, but we knew that.
