Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure
Whoever it was that decided this spinoff of the High School Musical movies needed to exist deserves an award. That is all.
Though, maybe it's because I rewatched those movies this week, but I can't help it kind of wanted to be Legally Blonde, but without the eventual development of nobler life goals. Not that it's a requisite for awesomeness, of course.
One of the pleasanter similarities between the two is that the Requisite love interest doesn't judge her or initially look down on her or want to change or reformer her, but instead likes her best when she's being a super-self-confident hot pink tornado who exists in her own special reality.
But you know, as fond as I am of Ashley Tisdale (if/when I ever get around to watching Hellcats, it will be because of her) I can't help but get bitter when I think about how much Disney has promoted her and not the even more deserving (IMO) Brenda Song.
