Viper Canyon: Kim
As mentioned, I put both the Kat and Kim houses in my Viper Canyon neighbourhood and made them over. And here's the new Kim house! This one is not changed as much as Tara Kat's house. I actually rather like the quirky, '60s SciFi look of the Kims' house, but I fiddled a little with the layout to make it more useful, and also changed it to fit into the desert landscape. The Kims are able to afford it, with some §1500 to spare. No CC.
There's just one living room now, and the sitting room in the front has been converted to a spare room, which can be an office, hobby room, nursery, whatever. There are now two fully functional (and slightly smaller) bathrooms, the hallway has been made smaller and all the other rooms a little bigger (except the upstairs master bedroom).
I extended the deck and got rid of the flower garden. It seemed too high maintenance. Now there's room for a proper party out there. Oh, and I put some more solid looking columns there, I was worried the top part might fall down and crush the people at the bar otherwise. :P
This room has cat stuff, a ballet bar for Cynthia (Music & Dance hobby), a workout machine for Justin when he's a little older (Fitness hobby) and for Robert too, I guess (Sports hobby, but there's the TV for that :P).
The bathrooms were too tiny for proper pictures. I'm not sure I'm happy about the bathtub-but-no-sink one, though.
Justin's room got even more space stuff.
Upstairs is mostly the same, except for some added deco, and curtains. Oh, and that useless space around the stairs was removed.

Very hard to see here, but why is there a little piece of burnt... something on the right side of the entry flowerbed when you first play this house? What's EAxis been doing here?
