SO Next week I'll be receiving my computer cable \o/ Happy Dance \o/
Been managing (Yes, I know I have an addiction!) with kindle which I don't like typing on and hubby's laptop that is a zombie - not quite dead if you open in safe mode and only use one prog/tab at a time and talk to it really really sweetly trying not to glare in case you spook it and save everything every five words in case it's feeling uncooperative. Not used my little ebook since April.
In grumpier news I hate working with lazy incompentent people. Yeah that's not really news.
I didn't hide the fact I was bloody pissed off and she still tried pointing the problem to others when it's her who did fuck all all day.
Tues night - job list = 13hrs, Shift minus breaks = 81/2
Wed night - jobs to do = 7hr minimum without the considerable pile of crap left, oh and power down to do so workable hours = 5hrs not getting a break. I AM AMAZING but VERY annoyed.
Other manager back Monday the one that's supposedly leaving -lazycow is angling for her job- I did get asked if I'd be applying. Be better than working for a disaster area but = stress, possibly same hours but days. New-manager has been allowed set days so I'd have to be flexible...working same shift as people I don't respect and you can bet your arse I'd be giving her disciplinaries for all the crap she doesn't do! I'm torn between feeling stuck in a rut and thinking I'd regret it. Pay isn't much more than I'm on through night-rate!

We had an email it was important and to be done by store open yesterday....
I am so going to be speaking up about this. DID NOT need the 3hours extra work that she couldn't be bothered to do.
Also LJ is doing weird things and it is not happiness inducing.
