Minimum wage

Minimum wage has got to go. I think I've spoken about this before, but it is worth repeating, especially with my latest comments. ED, please correct this if its wrong, you're the one who told me all this, or at least inspired it. Labor, in essence, is a commodity, just like Gold, Silver, McDonalds Stock or FCOJ (a special prize to whomever know what that is), and has a fluctuating market value. Sometimes, there are more jobs needed to be done, a sellers market, a good market, people can name their price, or at least a union can. Other times it's a buyers market, people will take anything, a company can name the price it's willing to pay, and people have to accept. At least thats the way it should be. And some people say that all the companies would just pay crap to workers and screw them. Well then all the prices on goods have to drop because no one has any money and so it all evens out. Putting a minimum wage on labor is like having a set price, its very deffinite communism. Next they'll put a roof on how much you can pay people. It's really not worth it. Especially when you add in illegal immigrants, even legal ones. They come here for a better paying job, not even for true freedom. They send money back to the homeland, it doesn't even go into our economy. So basically paying minimum wage, which is a false price floor (be it above or below what it should be, ussually above), ends up just pissing money out the countrys crapper. Mexico.
