All the rain recently has given my 100 year old rose bushes LEAVES!  Maybe this means they'll survive the winter after having been transplanted.  As all they've had all summer is a little green wood, I'd pretty much figured they were not going to last the winter and I'd have to dig them up next year ( Read more... )

Even tho there's still 8 foot snow banks in my front yard and it's only 15 degrees outside, spring is springing... I started my seeds on Wednesday last.
