Today was 'Walk Home Wednesday', it's a simple concept really, walk home from work instead of catching the bus. This morning, being the second week in a row that I walked home on Wednesday, nearly didn't come about, laziness in the morning nearly won me over. I had a medical last week for a job interview. I was quite saddened when I jumped on the scales and discovered I was about 78kg :(

Since starting work at CFNSW I joined a fantastic gym Next Generation Club which I have really enjoyed going to. It offer a huge variety of classes and has a huge gym which means you rarely have to wait for a machine. ( Read more... )
