friday five

Sep 02, 2005 13:49

Last night was Nikolai's birthday party. Me, Kata, Kelly, and Kara all got trashed and walked over. Awesome party. Highlights include lots of smoking, reuniting with this chick Laura I knew in freshman year, seeing Elha and her sister, and loosing miserably at ping pong with Kara. I really suck at ping pong. But for a minute I felt like Forrest Gump and I was humming Love Her Madly.

I have to work tonight. Hopefully theres a bunch of dudes from the party gone come see me (avec Kara). Haven't worked in ages because I took Wednesday off. Am still pretty sore from practices, so we'll see how tonight goes.

Ooooh alcohol......

Now for the Friday Five
1. What sport do you most enjoy watching on television (or tolerate most)?
Rugby! Though I don't watch that much. I also really like college basketball and tennis. Also really like Aussi Rules, though don't get to see that much.

2. If you could be really, really good at one sport (we're talking world elite here), what would it be?
Well rugby of course.

3. Have you ever been active in some form of sports?
I've swam since I was a little girl. From 8th-10th grades I was two swim teams (simultaniously) and got really good. In 10th grade I went to the Sugerbowl with AA times and I competed at state and won 3rd place in the 200 free. I also did track (high jump, hurdles, 2mi) and cross country for a couple years. I played soccer for about 5 years, on and off, and I played softball senior year.
Took my first two years of college off (such a mistake)...Now, I play rugby.

4. Would you rather be a computer geek or a sports geek?
Sports geek. I think I already am one.

5. What teams do you cheer for?
I cheer for the Ducks in anything I watch of course....also Scotland in rugby (i know, i'm silly) or the All-Blacks just because they're all gorgeous.
