My triumphant return to LJ
I have not posted in a really long time but I have returned. In part because I felt that i was losing touch with friends I have here and because I like to talk about myself...at great lengths...often....
Hmmm
There is alot to say but I just start with the basics.
I have put off grad school due to my GRE scores. I was 88th percentile verbal and 5th percentile in math. May essay scores weren't great as I ran out of time on the first one. Basically I froze up on the test. I got through college sober but never having to take a test like this (Buffalo!). I had never done a standardized test without some sort of speed/tranquilizer combo since middle school so I think that had something to do with it. I had a panic attack and couldn't concentrate. I was taking the GRE's close tothe deadline to get them in to admission departments so I wouldn't have been able to retake them in time to apply this year, so I am going to take my time and study up.
I am moving back to California. Hopefully this summer. I am done with New York. I will most likely be in San Diego or Los Angles area.
I bought more fire arms. I got a new Shotgun and two rifles. I may be losing my mind but I don't care. Everyone needs a hobby. I will be getting a pistol once I have the money and a permit.
My little brother isa joining the Navy and has taken the Oath already. He will ship off in a couple of months. We are very proud of him going off to serve his country...I think. Well at least he might be able to bring me back some C4 or a couple of land mines. (the Nieighbor walks his dog on my lawn. I'm kidding. Sort of.)
I still love Ashley. She has kept my sane and happy. I think she'd say the same thing.
