My apartment complex wrote off the four cent balance. I can't say I'm not disappointed.

I paid my balance (rent+power) to my apartment complex. All, but 4 cents. I'm hoping they serve me with threatening letters saying that they'll evict me over my balance of four cents.

So Thursday, I was driving up the Turnpike to Pembroke Pines doing around 80 or so, and I see this dog carcass in my lane. And I look around and I can't get over into another lane.
