So, I've been working out for about a month and a half now, instead of losing weight--I've gained about 7-10 pounds.
So now I guess I should start doing more cardio rather than weight training...ahhhh, but I hate cardio soooo much! I don't see any changes but I do feel the differences so I guess that good, right?
