Friday night I went with the folks to an annual antiques and collectibles show ("Our 83rd Year!") and had a nice time. There was hors d'oeuvres and many lovely things to look at. Books and ephemera are my biggest downfall at things like that, of course. Peter slipped me some money, so I came out of it with a few goodies. :D

I finally gave that copy of Rumble Roses I picked up at the Good Will a try. The fact that the characters have both a Heel and a Face persona fills me with glee. The faces steer awfully close to the Uncanny Valley at times though. Why do I want fic for this for Eris' sake? WHY?...I've got a blister on my thumb from playing all night ( Read more... )
