The search begins...
Well its official...as of 8:05 this morning, I am on the search for a new roommate because my wonderful roommate has been given the wonderful job of Honors Learning Community Mentor for next year. I am very happy for her. Honestly y'all. I really am but I won't deny that I'm a little bit sad. We've been an awesome team for the past two years and I'm going to miss having her around so that I can ask her opinion of whatever weird thought i just had or ask my therapist about how royally screwed up in the head I am. I'm going to miss Sunday night dinner and Friday afternoon Walmart adventures. I'm going to miss our random conversations about everything from my trashy books to did Noah have survivor's guilt (and that's just from this week) Ok I'm done now. Its not like she's dying or moving far far away. Just across Front campus but it still won't be the same. But as Grace quoted Plato in the final episode of the Nanny, "All is flux and nothing stays still." And so I bid you adieu for the day.
