Fannish thoughts
On Glee:
I get that what Finn said was wrong, but Kurt came off like a total creeper. If *I* had a new step brother who was clearly crushing on me, insisted on sharing a room, and made me so uncomfortable I got dressed in the shower I'd freak out too. I don't see why Finn has to put up with it just because he's a boy. I just felt really uncomfortable watching this episode because Kurt was all but pulling an Edward Cullen (::shudder::) and smelling his hair in his sleep. And then they try to make Finn "the bad guy" with out resolving the original issue. It just feels wrong, but at least I'm not alone.
On Batman:
So follow me here: Bruce comes back and eventually becomes Batman again. We all know it's going to happen. *Hopefully* Dick goes back to being Nightwing and everybody realizes Bruce and Damian will kill each other as Batman and Robin before Damian actually gets killed. Maybe he goes off with Nightwing. Or Batgirl. Or the Titans. I don't care, as long as he's still around!
But then, who will be the new Robin? The answer: CASS! She comes back, takes up a new mantle for a fresh start, and gets to pall around with Steph while they comment how they changed each other's uniforms. It'll be great!
On How to Train your Dragon:
So I liked this movie, even though the main was a little annoying at times. I also liked the idea that the boy wanted to get better at killing dragons to impress the girl, but then wants to try to hide his skills because he's overshadowing her. I like it!
But! I saw it in 3d, and I have some issues with this new format. To start: 3 extra bucks for some recycled glasses? Scam! Also, whenever it got exciting and active on screen everything but the star got really blurry for me and that's when it should be at it's best. On the other hand it added some cool depth to the world and the creators didn't spend all their time throwing stuff at my head. Maybe in another 5 years I'll check it out again, but not any time soon.
On Supernatural:
Is it ok if i ignore the part about Chuck being God and decide God was hanging out in teh Impala? Because I'm doing that right now.
