1. Butch - As in noun, not adjective. I call myself a Trans-masculine Butch. Butch is my gender... neither man nor woman, nor any desire to be either... Old School Butch... The two most core words that resonate with who I am, for me, are Butch and Master...
2. dagger - dagger...wow haven't heard that word in awhile...since jail... Dagger is another word used commonly in the 70s and earlier for butch. (I IDd as a 'Stud-dagger' back then...) It is a word filled with history...and struggle... I am now curious as to what Cougar sees/feels when he hears this word. Shrug... it made me smile sadly...
3. introspective - oh yeah all that and the bag of chips...lol. I feel that in order for me to BE the next word, and to be responsible and authentic, I must regularly engage in introspection. I also tend to be a philosopher of sorts... and sometimes just engage in mental masturbation for the hell of it
4. real - as real as I possibly can be... I will be as honest with everyone as I am with myself. (see above) I think that 90% of the worlds problems are because so many people are too scared to be real...they play poisonous games and hide from each other...one of my silly personal goals in life is to help build a safe environment for those people close to me to feel safe enough to BE real all the time.
5. traveler - this word means two things to me...the first is that I consider life a journey that I am traveling through...no pre-planned destination, no need to hurry and miss whats right on the side of the road. the other is that I love to travel! I think that there are so many places and people to learn from and grow with...and things to see... my god there is something so beautiful right around every corner when we remember to open our eyes...

1. Authentic - see 'real' above... one of the highest compliments anyone can pay me is to say I am real or authentic...I won't hide or play games. And that sometimes gets me into trouble...
2. Gentle - This word will probably surprise quite a few people when used in conjunction with me...chuckle... but I own it... I have a very gentle side to me. I have moments where I am just a big gentle teddy bear...sheepish look...
