leader - I am an alpha wolf... I lead, but I also follow. A true leader always knows when to lead and when to support someone else as they lead.
integrity - Its one of the things most critically important to me. I would love to live every second of my life in integrity...and while I know that is impossible, that knowing that does not give me permission to fail or excuse myself when I do fail.
