Those in the WNY Region who are being told to "bend over" by the state in being overtaxed (awaiting our budget results) with a Gov who wants to tax us on everything to a "fat tax" on pop (you betcha, brilliant man) to taxes on spa services (this includes your basic hair cut to a massage, which would in effect, alter customr impact on local businesses)
