Religion Story:
My neice, Jessica is taking religion. She is also taking classes with my sister's friend, Karen - her 3 boys. Well, Jackson, one of Karen's boys, is ADHD. He is this little peanut, stick thin and just a bevy of energy.
To keep in mind as you read this story: with these kids, everything is black and white. Everything. For instance, Jessica will never put money in the bank since she believes they "keep" her money. We can't seem to shake her mentality on that.
Anyways, so last night Jackson was freaking out before religion class yelling and crying (as Karen was looking to drop him off) "They're stealing my soul! They're stealing my soul!" ...and the religion teacher goes "Well honey, we're not *stealing* your soul, we want to SAVE it."
So Jackson, (love this) goes: "What are you SAVING it FOR????? What are you planning to DO with it???"
I'm not sure how that ended up since my sister was the one who reported this humor and was leaving as this was going on, but boy, it made me laugh.
Poor kid.
