I've been home since Sunday afternoon, and though you'd think that, having taken time off work to care for someone who mostly sleeps, I'd've gotten a moment to update sooner, but no - somehow the last couple of days have been crazy busy. But it looks like a have a little chunk of time to finish up this story. ^_^

I'm in the midst of a glorious three-day 'weekend' - the second in a row for me, which is nothing short of amazing. Tom is heading to work now after four days off himself, so between the two of us, we've been getting a lot done by way of housework ( Read more... )

Yesterday was my day off, and I planned to tackle a whole list of housekeeping duties. Tom was home sick, however, so some of my time was spent coddling/entertaining him (which was very satisfying to me, too), so some of my work leaked into this morning, but on the whole, I'm satisfied. ^_^

I'm such a slug. I got up after 11 this morning. >_< I hate sleeping in. Makes me feel like I've wasted the whole day. Today's a cleaning day, too.
