There is a significant wreath problem in my apartment building. The wreath count is now up to 17. Wreaths are most heavily concentrated in the basement and on the first floor, but permeate the building. Zamfir (aka the noisy neigh-bore, aka Decorative Wreath) has changed his wreath to one made of bunched yarn and fake poinsettas.
