Vacation Day 4: Independence from Projects
It was vacationy because I had FOJ lunch at rottgrub and boadiccea 's, isn't that enough. Um, and I put a couple nails in the wall to hang up my don't-lose-yr-keys thing.
I've been dragging some stuff to the basement. Despite having a whole house, it's not necessarily big where it counts. I need more kitchen cabinets, and until I finish up in the bedroom, I have only a small closet for my clothes. It just doesn't make sense to unpack everything if I'm going to have to pack it all up and move it to rip up carpets and so on. On the other hand, it also doesn't make sense to not unpack and feel like I'm just staying and not really living here. So I'm unpacking "enough."
