Shouldn't have any biceps on your fingers, even from pounding keys. All the muscles that move fingers are in the forearm.

Weekdays:
after 5pm.
between 8:30p & 9:30p is dicey since that's Bean's bedtime timeslot but not verboten.
before 10p.
Weekends: after 9a, before 11p
Call anytime. If it's a bad time, I'll say so with love.
