of greenery and geekery

Greenery
The crazy-ass weather (it was only supposed to hit high 60s today; it was at least 78deg, not that I'm complaining) has played havoc on my sprouts. Except for the radishes. They're seriously hard core. I'm going to be afraid of pulling them out of the dirt this summer, that they're gonna pull me back into the dirt with them instead. A visit to Lowes netted me a small rosemary and basil plants. I also found a plant support thingie that should help me tame my parley - I'd like to plant other things in with the parsley but it's so all over the place that it overshadows the bare places in the container. I'm hoping to plan carrots there. Assuming I can get them to sprout and survive.

Geekery
Ordered the parts to repair my PC and am hoping they arrive on Tuesday so's I can put it all together that evening and play CoV with my villain group on Wednesday. I'm looking forward to a responsive PC and being able to move a massive chunk of computer components out of the PC Room. It's been shouting PURGE ME for months now. Completely forgot a couple of non-essential components (card with additional USB slots and a 5-in-1 card reader to put in a 5" port) but those should be easily and inexpensively purchased at CompUSA.
