City of New York remembers Josh Rosenthal (MPA '81)
06/11/2003 10:31>
The City of New York, continuing its Remembrance Program for Victims of 9/11, in June named the corner of 72nd Street and Columbus Avenue for Josh Rosenthal (MPA '81), commemorating where he lived. Josh was killed in the terrorist attack on New York City's World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
The sign on 72nd and Columbus reads "Josh Rosenthal Way". Those who want to remember Josh may visit the southeast street corner and the bench in Central Park, next to the 72nd street traverse, near the band stand.
