Not so good today. I am trying to rescue myself from a few not so great days of food calculation, which inevitably means I end up a little hungry during evening time. I managed to run out of some basic food items, so today I managed to overeat. Not good, but what can I do? Not everyday will be perfect.
Instead I am looking ahead towards tomorrow; I will be playing both a league match in racquetball, and then go for two hours of cardio. I guess I will be completely dead tired after that. So tomorrow needs to see a lot of fluid, as well as protein and maximized energy food.
