Between Jan 1 - Jan 8 my total calorie allowance has been 14400, or 1800 calories per day. I have eaten 15003 calories, or an average of 1875 calories per day. Most of that extra little food has been evening snacks. Evenings need to be remedied and I will be in top trim!

To get my goal of 100.000 calories by the last day of march, I need to burn 1123.6 calories per day. My total so far is 8219 burned, yielding an average of 1027.4. This is ok since I have just completed my first week of exercise, and is still getting back into it. I am expecting that some of my longer cardio and circuit training sessions will make up for the shorter ones.

I dont know if I will manage the 100K calories in the end, but what the hell, why not try to go for it. If I fail...I dont really hurt anyone, and I have gotten some good workouts in. :)

As for my second goal of exercising for at least 20 minutes every single day of 2012; its day 9 today and the first 8 have been accomplished.
