I posted this on the MapleGlobal site (nexon) But I figured a few of you don't check on that forum what with this one being active. Here you go. If you want "the list" just say so and I will post it ( Read more... )

It isn't the GMs fault. They have to follow guildlines handed down to them by their superiors. Just like you and everyone else has to follow rules/managers at their "normal" jobs.

appologies.. when I say GM's I think "Wizet" or even "Nexon" anybody who is actually in charge of the Maple community.

Yeah I can't go to my training grounds at the Master Chronos , zombie lupin, or at any of the dark or mixed stone golems because of the hacking. And I train at 2-7am! I'd even volunteer to be a free gm if it meant i could catch all the hackers on Maple. ;_;

OMFG. Master Chronos! T-T Its become impossible. Usually every cleric that CC' s into the map spawns on that one same platform right? I was taking count yesterday about it. And out of all the people that spawned on the map, clerics spawned in the same spot, always. And they will stand there.. wait and see if there is someone and cc. But the other day some girl and her assassin friend cced onto my map which I was sharing with 2 other people and started hacking on it and the loot was appearing right next to her and her assassin friend who was in her party leveled. They didn't bother to cc but just laughed at us the entire time. They were there at around 6oclock and I logged off to go home, came home at 10 and they were still on the same map. I was like "WTF".

I feel your pain. It seems hard to train anywhere. :(

I'd be a GM too since I mainly play at night and thats when it seems all the hackers are coming out. >_>

A lot of people have said they would volunteer their time to be an in-game GM.. The only problem I see with that is some 12 year old getting this "title" and banning not only hackers but legits just as a prank. Maybe if a hand full of people that had said "title" could only show solid proof that someone was hacking and that person was guaranteed to be banned.... There's a rut there as well because A LOT of people have solid proof.. Screen Shots... Fraps.. that ARE sent to Wizet and nothing has been done.
I found it mildly amusing the other night when my boyfriend got his December Game Informer magazine that had a Maple Story ad in it... If they now have ads (not on websites) for Maple Story they sure as better get on the ball about banning cheaters. They'll lose a lot more players, even potential players if no production is seen.

It's prolly because the blue ones drop Tobis and the others don't.
And for the Jr's, blue drop 60% wand MA and 60% cape int, and the others don't. Not only can they not let us train, but they like to mess with our economy too?

oh I have no doubt that, that is the reason.

CONSPIRACY THEORY PRESENTED:
1. GMs do not ban hackers that buy NX.

CONSPIRACY THEORY ANALYSIS:
1. GMs do not receive a direct benefit from small, individual NX purchases.
2. Nexon/Wizet stands to lose legit NX-buying players by not banning hackers.

Pff, for all we know, those "NX Items" are hacked, too. They got hacks for everything else (including impersonating a GM) why not hack the cash shop?

Getting a bit technical, here. The only hack for that, that the public knows of is client-side, just where it makes you look like you have NX. You didn't scam Wizet, you don't really have NX, only you can see it. Then there's packet editing, I believe, which I'm pretty sure you can be arrested for. AND it's complicated. So I doubt they'll risk it, or get annoyed by spending too much time on it.
