CONSPIRACY THEORY PRESENTED:
1. GMs do not ban hackers that buy NX.

CONSPIRACY THEORY ANALYSIS:
1. GMs do not receive a direct benefit from small, individual NX purchases.
2. Nexon/Wizet stands to lose legit NX-buying players by not banning hackers.

Pff, for all we know, those "NX Items" are hacked, too. They got hacks for everything else (including impersonating a GM) why not hack the cash shop?

Getting a bit technical, here. The only hack for that, that the public knows of is client-side, just where it makes you look like you have NX. You didn't scam Wizet, you don't really have NX, only you can see it. Then there's packet editing, I believe, which I'm pretty sure you can be arrested for. AND it's complicated. So I doubt they'll risk it, or get annoyed by spending too much time on it.

These hackers, nowadays, are retards. 99% of them could never hack NX Cash.

About your conspiracy theory: it's true for SOME people, not true for others. I've seen penty of hackers that bought NX banned, including myself (flying around gets pretty boring - I just did that once or twice and got banned. Then it got boring so I said screw hacking). Then I've seen plenty of hackers with NX not banned. But the same thing goes for those who don't buy NX.

CLARIFICATION:
I take no credit (and wish to distance myself from) the stated conspiracy theory.
It was suggested by the original poster as a means of explanation for GM behavior.

THANK YOU FOR NOT COMPLAINING "OH NOEZ I GOT B& 4 HACKIN' I DUNNO WHY"

Exactly. Saying that you don't know why you got banned (while hacking) is nonsense, in my opinion. And if I did that, I'd give you permission to shoot me.

Yeah, I had a nice amount of money invested into one of my characters. A lot of lazy hackers like to have a pet, and a meso magnet and item pouch, at the least and that costs them around $10 an account. And most hackers have 2-3 characters which means 2-3 accounts.

It depends on luck, because I thought that since I bought NX items I was safe, but I was wrong.
