OH HAI THERE!

Aura here with Delirium of the Endless! I decided I had the necessary boredom free time to get this going, so here I am, typing. Yeah. Watch me go.

Anyway, let's go through the basics:

Del comes from The Sandman series; she along with Death, Dream, Destiny, Destruction, Desire and Despair are the Endless, a rather dysfunctional ( Read more... )

I'm interested in doing something! Not right off, 'cause Fandom being Fandom is enough to mess with Tim's head a bit, but at some point, yeah. Though be warned that Control Freak Boy here will not be happy about having his head messed with.

She wouldn't really do anything to someone that doesn't earn her anger (which might or might not be easy, really), but we can work on it!

And at any rate, she would do something mildly amusing, because she is polite like that~

I'll put Goose in this section, mainly because there is potential for plotty here.

Goose has internal bio defenses that give him the ability to withstand any attack (internal and external) but he does have to be exposed to the initial attack before he can develop immunity against it, there is also the fact that he doesn't yet have control over the reaction time so it can vary between minutes and hours before his defenses kick in.

So we can assume he should be able to resist Del sooner or later? Goose would need to provoke her to give him an hallucination or something anyway, or prompt her to do it in some way, since she isn't making people crazy just for fun. Not with Didi around, that is~

Eventually Goose would be able to resist, depending on the circumstances but if it came up it shouldn't be that hard to find a reason that would make Del want to mess with him

Being a meanie and rude should do the job, but she would make him see bunnies everywhere, or something silly, not a mind scarring thing. Well, probably.

Hmmm...Karla's a witch and a Black Widow, which includes the description of Healing the mind.

BUT. She's not all-powerful (certainly not compared to the Endless). So I think she'd be game. She just might be able to figure out that something was wrong, claw back to sanity early, and then go be pissy at Del.

Does this work for you/sound plausible?

Getting pissy at Del is rather easy, specially if she isn't the kind of person that can have a long, ridiculous discussion about something that most likely doesn't exist.

Azula had a mental breakdown in canon a few years back and is slowly getting better... except for the thing where she sometimes speaks to her mom who may or may not be alive. So, uh, yeah, Del can mess with Azula's head, though, fair warning! Azula's a borderline sociopath and may lash out badly!

Asuna also seems okay to be messed with (nothing in canon says otherwise) and will take it a lot better than Azula. Dani Reese will definitely not like people poking around her brain but since she's normal won't be able to do anything. Irulan's a Bene Gesserit with good mental blocks but she is still human.

Actually, Delirium might even help her "heal" whatever mess she has on her head, provided she is stable at the moment, and they somehow manage to get along. There is also the chance that Azula drives Del crazy, and not in the good way.

People that won't be really pleased with it (who would be anyway) can be spared, or left for some specific, plotty stuff, if you want. I would still ask you if an opportunity appears.

Managing to get along would be the interesting part! On the other hand, its canon that Azula does have a soft spot for quirky people (Ty Lee) but on the other: creepy intense person!

Too bad Azula's currently off island I'd love to see how they'd get on!
