OH HAI THERE!
Aura here with Delirium of the Endless! I decided I had the necessary boredom free time to get this going, so here I am, typing. Yeah. Watch me go.
Anyway, let's go through the basics:

Tara's a witch. I'm going to pull from Thessaly and say Del *could* mess with her, but, again, bad idea, all things considered, even if Tara is much nicer and way less powerful than Thess.
My others on the island are Jack Priest, Henry DeTamble and Christian, all of whom get a green light for headfuckery.

Goose has internal bio defenses that give him the ability to withstand any attack (internal and external) but he does have to be exposed to the initial attack before he can develop immunity against it, there is also the fact that he doesn't yet have control over the reaction time so it can vary between minutes and hours before his defenses kick in.

It's this guy, this dude bouncing around in red and blue pajamas, talking to bugs, roaming the town in his land canoe, who's the interesting one. I just get the feeling that whatever Delirium might do to him, NO ONE WOULD NOTICE.
Unless she makes him into an aluminum siding salesman. Which . . . would actually be canon.
So, yeah. For Artie, it's not so much that he's immune? It's that he's already full up on the random, happy side of crazy.

I'm gonna add that piece of info that slipped my mind up there; Del is attracted to insane people, and by insane I mean anything from the creepy-scary wacky dude that talks to his dead mother to...Artie?
So she would probable glue to him every time he is nearby. Which is awesome.
On that note, when she is around of that sort of people, Del might either reduce their levels of insanity or increment them, depending on her own mood. So Artie might find himself being even more cheerful like usual, or rather...normal, for a change.
