Caloundra Qld is a good place to include in an op shop crawl as there are 8 or 9 within 3 blocks. I started my search at the Information Centre as when I was last up here for book club camp, we found the centre kept a list of all op shop/reycle shop/antique/book shops on their computer and were happy to print off a page of addresses. Feathers and public transport this time. It looks like we have 2 seperate problems that occurred simultaneously. #3 son was making a jaffle in the sandwich toaster last night when apparently there was a noise and everything went dark. he went outside to check the power box, flicked the switch but it went off again (several times apparently). We had a most enjoyable time on Norfolk Island.

I've been on a horse. 90 minutes or so on the 'City Slickers' trail, on a somewhat arthritic horse named Barney. I have to say here and now I don't get the attraction of horse riding. Maybe 47 is too old to start, but I vastly prefer a car as a mode of transport ( Read more... )
