Today I am just plain flat out.  First thing this morning, I checked my email and Face Book, and then gave Jyan his wake up call (one of the highlights of any day).  Chatted to Jyan for a while, and then headed down to Puckle Street to send off a few prints and let the boys go tot he Brotherhood.  I posted the prints, but on the way back to the car realized that I'd left my car keys at the Post Office.  I went back, and asked at the counter if they had been handed in, and they were. Thanking the woman, i got back to the car to find both the boyz in a foul mood.  I asked em what the problem was, and the reply was the keys.  I smiled and said that it was all good, and nothing to worry about... disaster averted (or so I thought).

Headed off to Highpoint to grab a frame.  couldn't find an A3 one, so had to settle for an A4 one.  Grabbed some stuff for lunch, and headed to the printer where I printed out a colour copy of Slave for the Slave market Auction coming up soon.  the boys were still in a bad mood, but I let it be.  I had too much going on to worry about it.

Got home, and framed the print (looks bloody fantastic).  Started cooking lunch, and Matt was still stomping around.  I asked him what was wrong, and he told me it was because I left the keys at teh Post Office.  I told him it was fine, they were found and everything was fine.  Not a good enough explanation, I guess, as he stalked off again.

Fortunately, Jyan was online, and he of course he helped me settle down (waht would you expect, the man IS wonderful). I finished eating lunch while chatting with Jyan, then signed off to work on the story ideas for the 4 strips I have to get done this weekend (realistically, they probably won't all get done till Monday evening). fortunately, Matt had calmed down enough and was willing to help me brainstorm ideas.

Now, I'm about to head off to the gym where I'll work my legs and abs.  When I get home, I start penciling the strips, and hope to get xtra Inches and Hairy Boyz done today.

Fingers crossed.

life, work
