With Dragon Man's Annual Party coming up in the next couple of weeks, I am now getting ready to make a Batch of my 'Saurian Brandy'....a Drink which I Mix myself to a Recipe that I found in a Book, and which I've been Supplying to these Parties since the Immortals Party of 1997, and thus, it's now become pretty much a 'Staple Drink', in that, the Regulars often seem to look forward to Drinking it, and have even come to think of it as being as much a part of these Parties as the *OTHER* Drink that is often Served there (but which is somewhat TOO STRONG for a number of people, especially if they haven't actually been *warned* about it beforehand)
I already have the Main Ingrediant (which in my case, is ABSOLUT Wodka), and will soon be heading out again to get the other Items that I'll be needing for it
Measuring Cups and Jugs, and Funnels
Oranges
Sugar
Maple Syrup
While I was out, I checked out the Local Excuse for a Hardware Store (Hardware Express) for some Castors that I might be able to use for THE BATPOD when I set about trying to make it
Naturally, they had nothing small enough (in the Scale I wanting, I need about 24mm)
Ended up getting a Pack of 'Super Slides' (Designed for attaching to the bottom of Chair Legs or similar to prevent Scratching the Floor), which are almost the right Diametre, and may well be Suitable if I can stick about four together to make the Thickness for each Wheel
Failing that, I got a pair of Wheels yesterday from HEARNS which are about the right Diametre, but alas, only about half the Thickness, but may still be Useable
At least now I have a Choice for when I set about making this BATPOD (which I'll be doing in roughly 1:32 Scale to go with the Radio-Controlled Cars I got a couple of weeks ago)
