My mum told me that Stereo MC's were in Split for the celebration of saint patron's day!!! I missed Stereo Mc's concert, and free one!!! Grrrrrrr!!!

So, St.Domnius Day and new Riva.

I went to see new Riva with my own eyes, I have my compliments and my complaints.

During the day there were performances, traditional dances, music and in the early evening tombola (bingo).

For few years now, there is traditional rowing regatta between Split, Cambridge and Oxford. I don't know how it all started but it ( Read more... )

This evening I saw first shootings of new Riva (promenade by the sea in my town) after maybe 7 moths of work. 
And I'm not very happy. Yes, I agree that riva needed makeover...but some things are just not right.

• It's too modern, which just doesn't fit with 1700 years old palace. And too white.
