The priest takes a deep breath as he prepares to explain the whole situation. It wasn't going to be pleasant in the least.

"This place... I'm not sure anyone knows how it works exactly, but it seems to be taking people from there homes and bringing them here. Time doesn't even factor in properly. I know a woman who met her son of almost thirty years while she remembers seeing him last as just a child. As for myself I have technically been dead for about a century until I woke up here as whole and healthy as the day I died." He let out a little sigh, "As for the house itself... there are creatures here. Some are passive, some are not. A few others as well as myself had a bit of a run-in with the not-so-passive lot... and ever since I have been finding myself flying into rages, and seeing things that aren't there. There is another woman, Mary, who seems to had had something similar done to her, but she hasn't been graced with the brief moments of clarity I have. I have not encountered any of the others, so I cannot speak for them."

He hoped that would suffice. It wasn't an easy tale to break to someone, but at least she could be armed with knowledge. He hoped he could do some good to make up for his current failings.

"If you're looking for help, my good friend Giotto may be able to answer more. He should be nearby."

She had to give him credit for admitting it outright. It wasn't anything she'd anticipated, but that didn't make her stiffen any less when he tells her about the rages and hallucinations.

Sakura didn't reach for a weapon -- but she knew where each one was, and she knew the easiest one to get to in case she'd need it.

"What kind of creatures?"

"Well, there are a multitude really. Ah, give me a moment... my memory isn't as good as it used to be, so I took some notes."

He pulls his bible off the table and flips to the back, where he briefly looks over his notes, to refresh his memory.

"There are some stray dogs, a set of twins that... do not appear to be among the living any longer, but they will not harm you. Only quiet you. There's a little girl... I am not sure exactly what she is... but I believe she holds great power. My friend had an encounter with a man on fire that wounded him when he tried to help. Then there are the creatures that took a small group of us to be... altered in some way. They were ghost-like, and physically strong. Once they got a hold of you, you couldn't break free, but should you hit them, they couldn't be touched." He ran a hand over his her, his face stern as he recalled the creatures, and his inability to flee from them. I'm afraid that's all I know for now. There are more, but I have not encountered them."
