Hello MnE-ers. Do you see the subject line of this post? Yes! I'm all caught up with Hirata's posts~ *confetti* Thank you for your patience... I probably would have gotten them finished faster if I didn't have classes and work and the like to worry about, but such is life!
Enjoy this super long post full of Hirata. ^_^ I'll resume posting his translations regularly every week on Wednesdays Japan time. And the next blog I'm tackling/catching up on is Tomo's, so look forward to that!

・What kind of dialect do you like??
Ａ、The dialects I know are, only Kyuushuu's dialect and Kansai dialect ne..
But dialects of other places are interesting and seems fun too ne ☆☆
・Out of all the work you've done up to now, what is the happiest thing you've done??
Ａ、Doing the best for myself and being taught [things] for the sake of another person!!
・What is the thing you want to try to do this summer??
Ａ、Not even once, have I been to the Sea of Japan so, this year I want to try to go there!
・What is the drink, good that you're addicted to right now??
Ａ、The drink is milk tea with tapioca in it and, the food is yakitori! (smiles)
・A word to students studying for exams!!
Ａ、There will be times when you're tired but, if you do your best and study right now, surely it'll be connected to the future!
But don't wear yourself down too much and do your best while relaxing ne o(^-^)o

Ａ、The heat sticks [like] a sheet [but] perhaps I can concentrate if I'm studying or working!! My ability to concentrate is better than none so I'm sorry I can't give any advice (>_<)

Ａ、I think the cutest clothing are ones that suits that person!

・How were you helped by Makki during the audition?
Ａ、During the last audition, I was suddenly told to please try and do another role so to the frustrated me, Makki voiced out 「 Calm down and it'll be okay when you perform! 」 and thanks to that I relaxed and was able to perform ☆☆
・Have you ever seen a fan's gratitude to Hirata-kun on the net before??
Ａ、I have a personal computer at my house but, I don't have a connection to the internet so I can't go on the net (>_<)
Even now I don't understand how to use the internet..
・Do you have a favorite game??
Ａ、I don't have a game system at home so, I haven't played very many games so I don't know..
Ah! But when I was little, I borrowed Mario Kart ☆☆
・What is your favorite saying??
Ａ、Sle~ep I suppose (smiles)
・"I want to go back home~" Have you ever thought that before??
Ａ、Occasionally I do! There are times when I get sad or when I get attacked by loneliness so, during hat time there's me calling my parent's house! (smiles)

Ａ、The incense that's used in my house, I'm using the one called No.8!

Ａ、I worked part-time a lot! Also, doing lives for the band ☆
・During Boukensha, you were holding onto the cord for the sake jar that was across your chest a lot but, was that intentional?? Or unconscious??
Ａ、I think it was probably me unconsciously touching it.. I, who was timid, was really nervous so I was mozo-mozo-ing (stirring restlessly) and probably have a habit of touching something (>_<)
・When I comment it's always long but, does it bother you??
Ａ、I don't think it's a bother at all ☆ I'll read it properly so, I'm happy you're conveying your feelings to me (^O^)/
・What is your favorite saying in Kansai dialect??
Ａ、I like "Nandeyanen!" (smiles)
・Will you ever write in your blog in Nagasaki dialect??
Ａ、I also tried to but, I fear I won't be able to convey the meaning when I write sentences completely in Nagasaki dialect.. (smiles)
But I'll occasionally write while mixing some of the dialect in ne ☆☆
・How do you spend your days off??
Ａ、I do laundry, clean up my room, watch DVD ☆
・Do you have a thing [you believe] that "THIS is summer"??
Ａ、It must be beer-garden desho ＼＾o＾／ (smiles)
・Do you do training for things other than work??
Ａ、Going to watch stages, taking lessons at the office!!
・Do you have a qualification you wan to try out??
Ａ、I want a license to a big bike!!

Ａ、I got a big shock at Moulin Rouge ☆
・Which sport are you good at??
Ａ、I love ball sports ☆

・If Teyu and Makki were turned into girls, which one would be better??
Ａ、This is an incredibly interesting question that I'm worried.. (smiles)
If it's a boyfriend it's Makki and if it's a girlfriend then it's Teyu ne! (smiles)
・Right now, do you have a theme park that you want to go to??
Ａ、I haven't been to Disney Sea before so, I want to try and go there ☆☆
・When you're troubled or when you're feeling down, what do you do to get out of it??
Ａ、At night, I take a walk near my house, sit down on a bench and look at the sky!
If I become crushed [like that] at work, I'll read the letter I received from my mom again and the people who are supporting me will tell me [that they are] ne!
・How do you make up you role? Are you nervous during the performances??
Ａ、First of all, reading into the script, I'll understand that role's personality or surrounding circumstances, and I'll go create the role by imagining if I was that person ne!
Even now I'm bari-bari nervous!! But if I go into the role, the nervousness disappears ☆
・What kind of club activities did you do during your student days??
Ａ、Up until middle school, it was soccer and basketball club!
In high school, I didn't join any clubs at all!

・You had your first match during the Hyoutei performances but, do you have any episodes with Basshi?
Ａ、For me and Basshi, we had our first match but we hit various walls. But the serious and kind nature of Basshi always pulled me through! I'm bad at harmonizing and during practice not even one bad expression was done so every day he went out with me! Thanks to the doubles pairing with Basshi at the Hyoutei performances, the nature of the relationship of Inui-senpai and Kaidoh Kaoru were connected with the nature of our relationship! I trust in Basshi, and even now that feeling doesn't change!!
・I heard that Nagasaki is has a lot of hilly road so there aren't many people who can ride their bikes!
Is that true??
Ａ、No no, I don't think that is so! But there are no cars in the area I live in, so it's an inconvenience, since a car is a necessity when you become a working adult ne!
Perhaps not one household one car, but maybe it's more one working adult one car ne!
・Is there an episode during performances when you felt 「 Ah now I've done it! 」 ??
Ａ、During the costume rehearsal of the Hyoutei performance, in order to show off a more awesome Tornado Snake I rotated the racket in my hand like "kurun" but, there was sweat on my hand and the force was too much so the racket flew up overhead and, I hit a Tornado Snake without my racket ne (>_<)
・Do you have an interest in F1?
Ａ、It seems that Makki and Haru likes F1 but, I haven't seen it much before ne! Personally I like weaponless martial arts more ☆
・If you had to tell us your date plan, where would you go??
Ａ、Hm first of all we'll go to the movie theater, at night is the night view so we'll go to a lovely restaurant and that is like an adult-like date ne ☆☆
・If I saw you on the streets, is it okay to call out to you??
Ａ、That's fine! (smiles)
・Do you have a favorite artist? A favorite song?
Ａ、I have a lot!! If it's female artists, then it's Nakashima Miyuki-san, Onitsuka Chihiro-san, Shiina Ringo-san and the like!
If it's male artists, it's Oda Kazumasa and etc.
I really like band and individual music so there are a lot but, the friends who are from Miyazaki in Kyushu, I really like their band called General Head Mountain ne!
Also there are Blue Hearts, Brahman, Lost in Time, Back Horn, Ulfuls and such ☆☆
For western music, there are ReChi [Red Hot Chili Peppers], Sex Pistols, Ramones, Bob Marley, Eric Clapton etc.
I also love PUNK and Rock!
This isn't very detailed but, I am not particular about genre so I listen to various things ne!
・Do you have a spot you recommend in Osaka?? A store??
Ａ、I'm not very familiar with Osaka so I don't know but, I recommend the Tsuutenkaku I went to before!
Also, near Mielparque [Hall] there is a bar called Amataro where the night view is lovely ne!? smiles
・What is a piece of work you want to challenge in the future??
Ａ、I originally love movies so I want to try a shot from a movie or a movie itself!!
・What words come out when you're surprised/shocked?
Ａ、Hm~ 「 very tough 」 or the other person goes 「 Wai 」, I say 「 Oi 」 I guess!? (smiles)
・Did Sato-chan say that the curry you made him eat was 「 delicious 」??
Ａ、Unfortunately I haven't been able to make him eat it yet.. but there is still time so one day I'll make him eat it ☆☆
・What's your motto?? (Other than One Day One Smile)
Ａ、No matter how difficult or sad, or irritating things are, I want you to look up instead of down!
・What type of girl do you like?
Ａ、A sincere/honest/faithful person. THE Japanese mom! A person with strength who is like overflowing with love is good!! (smiles)
・What are your clothes size?
Ａ、Clothes I want to wear tightly is S, when I want rough-ish clothes I wear clothes with the M size ne!
・Do you have a favorite store, brand??
Ａ、The stores where I buy clothes are, GARROT, LHP, and things are the main ones I think ne ☆
I don't really know many brands but, my favorite clothes are tetei, EGOTRIPPING, Naichichi and such I suppose!
But I'm the type who doesn't mind the standard type and such so, I'll wear the clothes I think are cute or cool ne!
・Which one of your mother's home cooking do you like best??
Ａ、She doesn't cook but, the cake that Mom makes a cake that's like banana tart is most delicious ☆
・Do you have a recommendation for sake and food to go with it??
Ａ、I drink nothing but beer so I don't know very much about sake ne (>_<) [I drink] about three cups of beer so I vary with freshly-squeezed grapefruit and that's my current pattern ne ☆
The food is, sashimi or yakitori ne!!
・How did you get motivation after coming to Tokyo and what were the things you were worried about??
Ａ、Having the same dreams and talking or being with the friends and senpais who were doing their utmost best and feeling I shouldn't lose [to them] and, my willingness swelled so I talked to various people as much as I can!
Also, seeing my favorite actors/actresses appearing in a movie, I will rise to the goal of myself becoming just like that!
・What is your impression on Gaku-san??
Ａ、I think he's incredibly calm, incredibly kind!
Recently going drinking after the end of practice I was able to know more about the good sides of Gaku-san, even in the role this time, is a role that yearns for the sophistication of Gaku-san’s acting and I sense that it's incredibly great ne ☆
・When did you first meet Makki??
Ａ、At the Tenimyu audition!!
・Is there a character you think you resemble in the anime 「 Nintama Rantarou 」??
Ａ、Hm~ other than Rantarou, Kirimaru, Shinbei I don't know any others (>_<)
I'm sorry..
・What is an episode [you had] in Tenimyu? (Revolving around each performance)
Ａ、Of course it must be revolving around going to the various areas, and the cast relationships deepening even more and now I was able to make a lot of friends ☆☆
The performances were for an extended amount of time so there were times when someone's physical condition broke down.. during that time, everyone sort of worries for him and joins together for that one person and it's really heartwarming that they follow through and I am really glad to be a member of this company ☆☆

Ａ、When I'm acting [a role that has] a personality or personal history that is different from my usual self, or when I'm meeting a different me I think that is one of the pleasures of an actor ne ☆☆
・Do you like short or long hair on girls??
Ａ、I like long hair but, in the summer I think a bob haircut is cute!!
・Where do you look when you're performing??
Ａ、Hm~ during a play, there is the story so I am facing the other person..
I'm not particularly conscious as to where I'm looking ne (>_<)
But, I hope you don't lower your gaze!!
・Do you have a song that you often sing during karaoke?
Ａ、The song that I will definitely sing if I go karaoke-ing is, Tokunaga Hideaki-san's 壊れかけのRadio (Kowarekake no Radio), T-BOLAN's 離したくないが十八番 (Hanashitakunai ga Juuhachi-ban)! (smiles)
・Is there a saying in Nagasaki that is like 「 Of course I don't understand this 」??
Ａ、Even with Nagasaki dialect, I lived in the rural area so I think it's a dialect that even the people in the city of Nagasaki won't understand (>_<)
( えーくさった Ekkuchatta ) = 酔っ払った ( Yobbatta = drunk )
( うったくった Uttakutta) = 打ち付けた ( Uchitsuketa = ran into, struck )
( さぶなか Sabunaka ) = 味が薄い ( Aji ga usui = lightly-seasoned). Something like that ne! (smiles)
・What position were you during soccer??
Ａ、The wing!
・Do you collect anything??
Ａ、Sunglasses and DVD and the like ne ☆☆ And I suppose perfume too o(^-^)o
・Hirata-kun what is your ideal marriage life??
Ａ、No matter what it's being able to trust [in each other], support each other and living a life where you're wrapped up warmly is good ne ☆☆
・Do you have a senpai whom you respect or a kouhai whom you're fond of??
Ａ、Of course it's the members of the fourth cast and, I am able to respect my Tenimyu friends! Other than Tenimyu is Suzunosuke-kun and the Boukensha members ☆☆ And there are my senpais from my hometown ne!
・Are there plans for a reunion of the fourth cast!?
Ａ、There will be plans to gather before long ☆☆
・After performing Kaidoh Kaoru what kinds of things did you become aware of when performing??
Ａ、I inherit the feelings of building from the previous generations, and I was conscious about performing the Kaidoh Kaoru that I had felt among that!!
・Do you have an animal that you're sort of raising??
Ａ、I'm sort of raising a risusaru (squirrel monkey) ☆☆
・What do you think of a girl who speaks the Kansai dialect??
Ａ、I think that's great o(^-^)o (smiles
・What did you use your first earnings on??
Ａ、From my elementary school years I delivered newspapers and, I bought a wallet with my first earnings ☆☆
・What are the similarities between you and Kaidoh and Shijin?
Ａ、The similarity with Kaoru-kun is his awkwardness, and with Shijin is his love for alcohol and being a loner ne (>_<)☆
・If you were appearing in a war movie, what is a good role [to perform]??
Ａ、A special attack unit role is good ne! Those of us now can't imagine the stories of wars in this world I definitely want to try to perform ne!
・Do you have dreams??
Ａ、I do have them!! I want to have big dreams ne ☆☆ I don't know if they will come true or not but, when I have them I want to live!!
・If there were 25 hours in a day, how would you use that 1 extra hour??
Ａ、I'll live 24 hours normally, and use the 1 hour reflecting on myself I guess!?
・For Hirata-kun, do you have something that is a necessity and you would be troubled if you didn't have it??
Ａ、Hm~ my cell phone I suppose!? (smiles)
・What do you respect in Satou Hisanori-kun??
Ａ、Sato-chan is really innocent so, [I respect] the innocence that allows him to laugh at no matter what is said to him! (smiles)
・Hirata-kun did you ever visit Saga before??
Ａ、I have ☆ I've gone a few times for lives, [when] launching lives at Saga I was surprised at how incredibly inexpensive the bars I went to were o(^-^)o

Ａ、The things you put in nabe ne?? I like them ☆
・What is the image Hirata-kun has of pharmacists??
Ａ、They are people at the pharmacies who will explain in detail about the medicine and give you medicine ne!? ☆

Ａ、I loved raising a Magikarp so it'll become a Gyarados, so I like Magikarp and Gyarados ne ☆

・Please tell us about the interesting incident that occurred at the Japan Expo you went with Ryousuke-kun and AkiShin!!
Ａ、The air conditioner in Ryou-chin'n hotel room broke so, he told the reception desk when he come out of the hotel [room], and when Ryou-chin returned to his hotel [room] the electric fan on his desk made a 「 buu~n 」 sound and it was seriously shocking! (smiles)

during the school day I had seen the pictures of the atomic bomb and the victims and I remembered the inside of my chest became incredibly gucha-gucha (mushed)..

was surely like hell
I really can't imagine that the place we're living at right now is the same as that place..

I went to see a play ☆☆
It's the first time I've seen Mao in a role other than Kikumaru so it was a fresh feeling ☆☆

I loved Eiji-san's play ne!
Recently,

Ａ、I have a personal computer at my house but, I don't have a connection to the internet so I can't go on the net (>_<)

Ａ、At night, I take a walk near my house, sit down on a bench and look at the sky!
If I become crushed [like that] at work, I'll read the letter I received from my mom again and the people who are supporting me will tell me [that they are] ne!
・How do you make up you role? Are you nervous during the performances??
Ａ、First of all, reading into the script, I'll understand that role's personality or surrounding circumstances, and I'll go create the role by imagining if I was that person ne!
Even now I'm bari-bari nervous!! But if I go into the role, the nervousness disappears ☆
・What kind of club activities did you do during your student days??
Ａ、Up until middle school, it was soccer and basketball club!
In high school, I didn't join any clubs at all!

・You had your first match during the Hyoutei performances but, do you have any episodes with Basshi?
Ａ、For me and Basshi, we had our first match but we hit various walls. But the serious and kind nature of Basshi always pulled me through! I'm bad at harmonizing and during practice not even one bad expression was done so every day he went out with me! Thanks to the doubles pairing with Basshi at the Hyoutei performances, the nature of the relationship of Inui-senpai and Kaidoh Kaoru were connected with the nature of our relationship! I trust in Basshi, and even now that feeling doesn't change!!
・I heard that Nagasaki is has a lot of hilly road so there aren't many people who can ride their bikes!
Is that true??
Ａ、No no, I don't think that is so! But there are no cars in the area I live in, so it's an inconvenience, since a car is a necessity when you become a working adult ne!
Perhaps not one household one car, but maybe it's more one working adult one car ne!
・Is there an episode during performances when you felt 「 Ah now I've done it! 」 ??
Ａ、During the costume rehearsal of the Hyoutei performance, in order to show off a more awesome Tornado Snake I rotated the racket in my hand like "kurun" but, there was sweat on my hand and the force was too much so the racket flew up overhead and, I hit a Tornado Snake without my racket ne (>_<)
・Do you have an interest in F1?
Ａ、It seems that Makki and Haru likes F1 but, I haven't seen it much before ne! Personally I like weaponless martial arts more ☆
・If you had to tell us your date plan, where would you go??
Ａ、Hm first of all we'll go to the movie theater, at night is the night view so we'll go to a lovely restaurant and that is like an adult-like date ne ☆☆
・If I saw you on the streets, is it okay to call out to you??
Ａ、That's fine! (smiles)
・Do you have a favorite artist? A favorite song?
Ａ、I have a lot!! If it's female artists, then it's Nakashima Miyuki-san, Onitsuka Chihiro-san, Shiina Ringo-san and the like!
If it's male artists, it's Oda Kazumasa and etc.
I really like band and individual music so there are a lot but, the friends who are from Miyazaki in Kyushu, I really like their band called General Head Mountain ne!
Also there are Blue Hearts, Brahman, Lost in Time, Back Horn, Ulfuls and such ☆☆
For western music, there are ReChi [Red Hot Chili Peppers], Sex Pistols, Ramones, Bob Marley, Eric Clapton etc.
I also love PUNK and Rock!
This isn't very detailed but, I am not particular about genre so I listen to various things ne!
・Do you have a spot you recommend in Osaka?? A store??
Ａ、I'm not very familiar with Osaka so I don't know but, I recommend the Tsuutenkaku I went to before!
Also, near Mielparque [Hall] there is a bar called Amataro where the night view is lovely ne!? smiles
・What is a piece of work you want to challenge in the future??
Ａ、I originally love movies so I want to try a shot from a movie or a movie itself!!
・What words come out when you're surprised/shocked?
Ａ、Hm~ 「 very tough 」 or the other person goes 「 Wai 」, I say 「 Oi 」 I guess!? (smiles)
・Did Sato-chan say that the curry you made him eat was 「 delicious 」??
Ａ、Unfortunately I haven't been able to make him eat it yet.. but there is still time so one day I'll make him eat it ☆☆

Ａ、Clothes I want to wear tightly is S, when I want rough-ish clothes I wear clothes with the M size ne!

Ａ、The stores where I buy clothes are, GARROT, LHP, and things are the main ones I think ne ☆
I don't really know many brands but, my favorite clothes are tetei, EGOTRIPPING, Naichichi and such I suppose!
But I'm the type who doesn't mind the standard type and such so, I'll wear the clothes I think are cute or cool ne!
・Which one of your mother's home cooking do you like best??
Ａ、She doesn't cook but, the cake that Mom makes a cake that's like banana tart is most delicious ☆
・Do you have a recommendation for sake and food to go with it??
Ａ、I drink nothing but beer so I don't know very much about sake ne (>_<) [I drink] about three cups of beer so I vary with freshly-squeezed grapefruit and that's my current pattern ne ☆
The food is, sashimi or yakitori ne!!
・How did you get motivation after coming to Tokyo and what were the things you were worried about??
Ａ、Having the same dreams and talking or being with the friends and senpais who were doing their utmost best and feeling I shouldn't lose [to them] and, my willingness swelled so I talked to various people as much as I can!
Also, seeing my favorite actors/actresses appearing in a movie, I will rise to the goal of myself becoming just like that!
・What is your impression on Gaku-san??
Ａ、I think he's incredibly calm, incredibly kind!
Recently going drinking after the end of practice I was able to know more about the good sides of Gaku-san, even in the role this time, is a role that yearns for the sophistication of Gaku-san’s acting and I sense that it's incredibly great ne ☆
・When did you first meet Makki??
Ａ、At the Tenimyu audition!!
・Is there a character you think you resemble in the anime 「 Nintama Rantarou 」??
Ａ、Hm~ other than Rantarou, Kirimaru, Shinbei I don't know any others (>_<)

・What is an episode [you had] in Tenimyu? (Revolving around each performance)
Ａ、Of course it must be revolving around going to the various areas, and the cast relationships deepening even more and now I was able to make a lot of friends ☆☆
The performances were for an extended amount of time so there were times when someone's physical condition broke down.. during that time, everyone sort of worries for him and joins together for that one person and it's really heartwarming that they follow through and I am really glad to be a member of this company ☆☆

Ａ、Hm~ during a play, there is the story so I am facing the other person..

Ａ、The song that I will definitely sing if I go karaoke-ing is, Tokunaga Hideaki-san's 壊れかけのRadio (Kowarekake no Radio), T-BOLAN's 離したくないが十八番 (Hanashitakunai ga Juuhachi-ban)! (smiles)
・Is there a saying in Nagasaki that is like 「 Of course I don't understand this 」??
Ａ、Even with Nagasaki dialect, I lived in the rural area so I think it's a dialect that even the people in the city of Nagasaki won't understand (>_<)

( うったくった Uttakutta) = 打ち付けた ( Uchitsuketa = ran into, struck )
