Nevada City!
We are moving to Nevada City! I've been lagging on giving details because I wanted the blog post to go up first, hahah. People dress up in funny clothes and party as a city multiple times a year. I am starting to piece together my costume for Victorian Christmas. There is a steam punk store, many chocolate shops and cafes, and a good food co-op near by. I'm looking forward to doing some Contra dancing. I hope I can get them to do gender free leading, like at Queer Contra dance in Berkley. There's also a ton of outdoor activities in the mountains. You should come visit and play!
The Famous Marching Presidents congregate at the Constitution Day Parade downtown.
So far the biggest drawback to Nevada City is that a Healing Tree Collective for massage already exists. I can't use my previous business name, website, or branding. I'm hoping I can make use of my beautiful tree logo, but Tree of Life Wellness Center exists as well. Please share if you have any business name ideas for my physical therapy, pilates, and hula hooping practice.
