Exercise high

The change in my mood is quite incredible. While on the road I felt tired, down, bloated, and weak.  I felt like I had stones in my belly and just wanted to escape my body and mind constantly. I made a list of goals for the year, and for the next month while we are in escrow.  The main one is "get ripped."  I want to feel strong, energetic and pain free.  I need some variety and structure to increase my exercise and fitness levels. So I signed up for some classes.  I'm taking Ballet 2 and Pilates at the local community college where I first started dancing. I'm in a teacher training course for hula hoop dance/fitness. I started swimming yesterday and running today. I'm in physical therapy, so I have exercises for that too. I'm making progress towards my goals.  What really got me in a good mood was hula hooping with a new friend for an hour after running for the first time since the spring.  I love endorphins!  It's been too long since I've had a regular dose of them.  I'm much more optimistic and excited for the future.
