So my boss wasn't fired for incompetence or anything like that. Basically it was just because she was one of the highest paid managers in the hotel and because everyone is worried about the economy the company is trying to save money. So they fired her. Last week on Tuesday I tried to drop my Friday shift because working friday nights screws me horribly.
