Question for my sewing friends
For all of you with sewing/crafting/creative rooms -- what is your preference in terms of storage?
How do you organize your rooms?
Do you have shelves, boxes, containers, drawers?
I have a slight dilema... or inability to figure out how I'm going to tackle my current situation.
I have sewing stuff... fabric, notions, patterns, etc
I have beading/jewelry stuff...
I have a judy..
I have multiple machines..
And most of it is currently in boxes BEGGING to be taken out and organized/put away/put to use.
What do you figure is the best way to get this stuff out and organized?
I'm limited in my space, have no closet for anything, and currently just have my long sewing table that will house my machines.
Do I get dressers? bookcases? build shelves? a small army of those plastic roll-y 3-drawer cabinets?
I need to get my cardboard boxes out of my place... I need to have access to my supplies as I've got orders coming in for costumes now and need a place to work. My roomie (and myself) are very much tired of living in the cramped quarters.
any suggestions?
