So week 2 was too much. I scrapped half the recipes because i idnd't have time and had leftovers. so this week, i'm doing the other half of the recipes.

Happy Labor Day everyone! I'll be spending the day...well laboring. Paper isn't gonna write itself.

So the first week went..well mostly alright. Some of them were good, and some had too many potatoes. I apparently need to learn how to mash a potato as well. ah well.

So we'll move forward for week 2.

So after the absolute debacle of a summer, esp. the last few weeks, for some strange reason I haven't given up. So I'm going to try something for a couple of weeks, and see how it works out.
