So week 2 was too much. I scrapped half the recipes because i idnd't have time and had leftovers. so this week, i'm doing the other half of the recipes.
- Wednesday: Bapked Potato and Eggs, will be subbing veg. saussage for the one called obviously
- Friday: I'm not sure what prodded me to try this. Noodle Kugel
- Saturday: Pasta with Squash Sauce
