Today, California's highest court ruled that denying same-sex couples the right to marry is unconstitutional.

Apparently providing administrative support is conduct, not speech, and therefore not protected as free speech.

Does this mean that pharmacists (*cough*atWal-Mart*cough*) have to give women emergency contraception (because providing the pills is conduct, not speech) but they're allowed to preach to them about how evil it is while they do it?
