YCLMS went somewhat well, and at least we got to fob off early this week. One of my designs and all of my quotes for affirmation cards were approved. Whoopee! ^^ We went through more 'secrets of success', but I've come to the conclusion my dean is a bit of a nutter. Anyone ever heard of Masaru Emoto? Apparently he did some research where water reacts in some way to praise and cursing. That was, uh, interesting, but I couldn't help giggling sceptically. I alternately fawned over and chewed out my dinner drink and there was no apparent taste change, so I'm just going to enjoy my water without any energy-blessing-mantra-chants, thank you. :)
Sharon thankfully came in for Typo today. She was down with dengue fever last week and in the hospital, so flouncy ol' AGD head Rico Chan came in to try and explain and critique our term project. Turns out everything he told us was off liek woah. Thanks a loooot, fella!
I went out for pizza today at the new place that opened near my house. Interior's very nice and unique, food's not bad either. It must be said, though, that Fish&Co charges less for the same amount of syrup-in-soda-water. They just call it tonic while you call it 'Italian soda'. Next time I am at LEAST ordering the passionfruit. Caramel syrup in soda water was not the best of ideas. >_< Me and mom had mushroom pizza, which was really good until I realised there was Chinese coriander sprinkled liberally all over it. BLEARGH. I HATE CHINESE CORIANDER.
Been having a lot of 'music video' thoughts lately, mostly shitei-ai or canon Ultra pairing tinged. And what's the name of that new song of Richard Marx? 'When You're Gone' or something? Video and most of the other lyrics aside (I was half asleep when it came on), the chorus sounds JUST like Tiga might, post-Anjashin Chapters:
