Everything In Time
I woke up w/ insomnia, and battled to go to sleep. Succeeded. Awakened after half hour by a bang. Is Crazy Man still downstairs? Or, since I was in back room, it could be new neighbours. But I do keep smelling cig smoke.
I had an intense dream. One of my past girlfriends had become a famous movie star. She came to town and was showing a new movie. I told some stranger that this was once my girlfriend, and he said that was impossible. Other people eventually got me to see the movie. Then, against my will, we met. She really wanted to see me. I gave her a hug. She told me she really loved me, and I said I loved her as well. We both cried. Then I left, and was out in the country. I pulled out a Christmas blanket from some business' trash some kids came by and we joked about something.
I think I know which gf this was - a cute smart one I think I got pregnant but she aborted the baby. I believe she is a professor, now. However, in the dream, she looked like Rachel McAdams from, "The Time Traveller's Wife." Had that feel. And the tones of, "Everything In Time," (slower version), a song in keys that really reflect the right mood of sad regret + hope. In real life, it is possible that any one of my past girlfriends might have died, I don't know.
