Pros: cool house, cool family, open space, bike training, fresh eggs/milk/goat's milk, cheap, family environment
Cons: far from town, family environment
Potential #3:
Old hippy-type house between Taft and Overland: $250/month x2 +174 = $674
Pros: cool space, dogs, in town but still a ride away
Cons: move in immediately, lonely-ish, more money
Feedback is greatly appreciated because I don't know what to do yet and I have to tell the old hippy-guy yea/nay by tomorrow sometime.
