Background:  Arturo DeTreville and Maurice Extreme just got engaged.  This came about only after Arturo successfully impregnated Maurice and he gave birth to their twin sons, Giorgio and Tito.  The household is rounded out by Willhelm, Maurice's son with surrogate mother Isadora DeTreville (yes, Arturo's sister).
