Tomorrow is my first day alone since Sunday before last.  I'm doing okay now.  I got all the baking out of my system.  And now we need new baking supplies for when the next baking opportunity hits.  When you're trying to make snickerdoodles and you're out of cream of tartar, it gets really annoying.

Does anyone know what cream of tartar is?
